Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle, safe and highly effective self-care technique for the muscles & fascia which produces significant and lasting results. MFR techniques have been shown to help alleviate pain associated with headaches, back, hip & neck aches, sports-related injuries, alleviates fatigue and adhesions in the connective tissues among many other overall health benefits! Combining MFR with a consistent yoga practice is especially beneficial for restoring balance to the connective tissues. In this fun and interactive workshop, you’ll gain knowledge and confidence in applying MFR to your personal yoga practice and group yoga classes. Empower your practice with knowledge of Fascia Biology, applied learning, teaching methodology and ready to use skills! This workshop is for everyone and all are welcome!

Raise the collective vibration in this magical sound healing journey. Set an intention, Relax & Meditate during this sound healing and meditation practice. Sound Healing restores and renews the body from the inside out. Our Sound Bath classes feature a variety of Sound Healing instruments including the Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Panda Drum and Elemental Chimes. We will begin with a short guided meditation followed by a variety of sound vibration instruments. Vibrations have a profound healing effect on the human body. Sound healing stimulates our own innate pathways for healing on a cellular and energetic level. Sound healing has been reported to help reduce stress, relax and quiet the mind and body, facilitate deep relaxation in the physcial body, and help us access a higher frequency energy so we can operate in alignment with our highest self.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing on mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual levels. Reiki is founded on the principle that illness or disease is a result of being out of balance and in order for us to live at our highest potential we must restore balance. Energetic imbalances may manifest in our bodies as physical or emotional pain and discomfort, apathy or spiritual disconnection. Reiki restores balance to the energetic anatomy balancing the chakras and restoring energetic flow through the nadis within the human subtle body. Reiki restores balance to the mind, body, and spirit and enhances the body’s natural ability to heal.
During a Reiki session the client remains fully clothed and positioned in a supported and comfortable Savasana. There is no experience required to receive the benefits of Reiki - just an open mind and heart and an intention of healing.

This alignment based practice blends the flow and extension of traditional vinyasa. Each instructor will bring their own expertise and flare to this class leaving you feeling grounded and centered. Our All Levels Flow is perfect for those newer to yoga while also providing a challenge for our more experienced students; as we offer modifications and variations to meet you at your comfort level. Throughout this musically driven guided flow, we'll get creative and free while practicing alignment, breathing, mindfulness and stretching. You'll roll out of savasana with your mind, body, and spirit feeling at peace.

A musically upbeat, moderately paced guided vinyasa focused on alignment, breathing, mindfulness + stretching; with modifications/variations offered to meet your movement needs.

Mindful movement provides us with an opportunity to check in with ourselves and connect with intention. Mindfulness and movement practices facilitate healing by mitigating the effects of stress, releasing stagnant energy to allow for muscle recovery, and strengthen our mind-body connection. This all-levels class features slow, intentional functional movements, mobility exercises, self-myofascial release, gentle stretching, balance work and mindfulness practices including breath work and guided visualizations. You'll leave feeling relaxed and restored ready for your next workout!
