We'll explore the power of mantra meditation through discussion and experiences, the neuroscience of mantra meditation, and the power of sound. You will create your unique power mantra through a series of guided experiences including meditation, journaling, and intuitive discussion.
We'll write our mantras or a power word on wish paper and place it inside a locket mala that you can wear and meditate with to raise your vibration.
Misty will share about the power of candle rituals to amplify your intentions.
You'll receive the workshop, a handout, a rosewood mala with locket, wish paper, a unique hand-poured special edition candle crafted intentionally for our workshop, and a candle ritual to practice on your own to carry your intentions with you through the year!

While power “yang” yoga focuses on your muscles, yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It's slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. During this 60 minute YIN class you’ll learn to slow down your mind and body with intentional, long holds of poses aimed at building a full body range of motion. Each pose works to promote the mobility and overall health of the muscles and connective tissues surrounding them.
