Build strength and balance through calisthenic movements fused with yoga based asanas. Improve your muscular and aerobic condition with challenging dynamic and static exercises. Flows focuses on increasing strength including: bent arm, straight arm, shoulder girdle, upper leg, and total core strength.
All Levels Welcome! Come ready to sweat, laugh, challenge yourself & have fun!! Class is approximately 90mins with Guest Teacher Clay Merritt!

Backbends ask us to open our physical & energetic heart & bravely invite presence of mind. Some of the amazing benefits include: opening the chest, shoulders, and hip flexors, increasing spinal mobility, increased energy and strength. Learn how to warm-up our spine, alignment of common backbends, how to use props to facilitate and deepen your backbend practice, and most importantly learn how to BREATHE in backbends. We will finish with a soothing lower back release cool down.
